NATURAL EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Oleassos Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from carefully selected olives grown in the fertile soils of the Northern Aegean. The olives, hand-harvested from our orchards located from sea level to 150 meters above sea level, are gathered without any damage. The olives are processed using the cold-press method in Assos on the evening of the harvest day. Stored in our specially climate-controlled warehouses between 17°C and 21°C, they are kept free from oxygen exposure, preserving their freshness.
About the Bottle:
Our bottles, designed and manufactured in Italy, are dark in color to protect your olive oil from sunlight.
